Returns PolicyRETURNS POLICYIf, for whatever reason, you wish to return your purchases, this must be done within SEVEN WORKING DAYS of receiving the goods. Please note the following conditions:
If any of these conditions are not met then we reserve the right to charge a reasonable re-stocking fee. This is to protect us in the event of having to discount returned goods. FAULTY GOODSIf you believe that a product bought from us has developed a fault then please contact us before returning goods. Many problems can be solved without you incurring postage costs. If the goods need to be returned then, for the health and safety of our staff, please ensure they are clean. Unfortunately postage costs cannot be covered. |
