The big day is here and your bike has arrived!
Assembly shouldn't take more than 20 minutes once your bike is unboxed.
Most of our bikes will require handlebars, front wheel and pedals fitting (if your bike comes with pedals, not all bikes do).
If you don't have access to a bike stand we would recommend fitting the front wheel initially - this will require the quick release threading into the front wheel hub (if you bike has doesn't have a thru axle) and then placing the front wheel into the forks (check you don't have a spacer between the brake pads, if you do please remove). Once the wheel is installed, tighten the quick release or install the thru axle and tighten.
Now fit your handlebars - you will need an hex key for this (most bikes are 4mm, but some can be t25 torx) to remove the faceplate off the stem and now install your handlebars taking care your cables are not twisted and your handlebars are in the centre of the stem. Once in position, reinstall the stem faceplate tightening up the 4 bolts in an even pattern and leaving an even gap around the stem faceplate (unless indicated otherwise).
Finally fit your pedals - The left pedal with either be indicated with an L or serrations on the end of the axle - this pedal screws in anti clockwise wise into the left crank arm. The right hand pedal will have an R indication on the axle or have no serrations on the end (compared to the left pedal) - This pedal screws in the right hand crank arm (side with the chain on) clockwise.
Screw the pedals in by hand until they have turned at least 3 full rotations. Finally fully tighten the pedals using either a 15mm pedal spanner or hex key on the rear (normally 8mm, but some require 6mm).
