Bike Build & Delivery
All our bikes are built in store and thoroughly inspected, before carefully packing back up for shipping. If you have selected our white glove delivery service, the bike will come to you ready to ride and the driver can help with some basic bike setup (Saddle height and suspension) at your doorstep. Please be aware if you haven’t selected our white glove delivery service the bike will require some assembly, which we recommend be carried out by an experienced mechanic. Is the bike delivered fully assembled or not? I’ve bought bikes online in the past, whereby they’re delivered to a local retailer who’ll put together prior to collection.

Thank you for your email
I can tell you that all bikes we ship have been first assembled and tested as though they are being collected in store.
We then minimally package for bike for delivery.
This would necessitate the pedals being fitted, the handlebars fitted and front wheel, sometimes also the seat post may be removed for ease of packing.
If this is something you feel maybe a little too much to reassemble at your end most bike shops would help and charge a nominal fee to put together for you
