The Supercaliber SLR 9.8 XT Gen 2 by TREK is not just a bike, it's a race-ready beast. As the XC courses become increasingly challenging, this bike is fully equipped with a 110 mm fork and an 80 mm of IsoStrut rear suspension to effortlessly ride through rocky terrains. Whether you're aiming for the steepest climbs or sprinting through rough terrains, this bike is a pure performance machine. With the 80 mm of IsoStrut rear suspension, every ride ensures optimal comfort and efficiency. It also boasts a high-mod Carbon lay-up, ensuring a sturdy and reliable ride.
Specifics include a featherweight, high-modulus SLR OCLV Mountain Carbon frame, a Fox Performance 34 step-cast fork with Float EVOL air spring, GRIP damper, dual remote lockout and an 80 mm of IsoStrut rear suspension from a RockShox SIDLuxe shock. The Shimano XT 12-speed drivetrain and Bontrager Kovee Elite 30 carbon wheels fortified by carbon Bontrager RSL Integrated bar/stem combo, Bontrager Line Dropper post and Shimano Deore XT M8100 hydraulic disc brakes keep you ahead of the competition.

The unique frame design of Supercaliber reduces weight, lateral flex and maintenance by eliminating traditional suspension hardware. The IsoStrut integrated suspension ensures efficient, controlled rides with just enough travel. It's the same standard rear shock technology without the additional weight. Aiding you in your uphill climb at top speed.
The frame's lightweight construction is owed to the SLR OCLV Mountain Carbon, enabling us to use less material without compromising on quality and saving weight in the process. The Shimano XT, the original mountain bike groupset, adds unmatched reliability when it comes to shifting, superior braking and intuitive maintenance.

Bike Build & Delivery
All our bikes are built in store and thoroughly inspected, before carefully packing back up for shipping. If you have selected our white glove delivery service, the bike will come to you ready to ride and the driver can help with some basic bike setup (Saddle height and suspension) at your doorstep. Please be aware if you haven’t selected our white glove delivery service the bike will require some assembly, which we recommend be carried out by an experienced mechanic.
