Scott Bikes Founded in 1958 in Sun Valley, Idaho, and now headquartered in Fribourg, Switzerland, Scott began as a manufacturer of aluminium ski poles before branching out into other sectors of the sporting goods industry.

Scott’s line of bicycles is extensive, and includes road, mountain and cyclocross bikes for every budget, as well as commuter and kids models. The company is on the forefront of developing mountain bikes designed around the 29″, 650b/27.5″ and the emerging 650b/27.5″ Plus wheel size (available in their Genius and Scale range). Scott also produces products for motocross, snow sports and running.

For 2016 Scott Bikes have upgraded their CycloCross Addict range of bikes and now all models have a lighter frames and are brought into the 21st century with disc brakes !!

The Addict CycloCross bikes are not the only models to receive/ disc brake upgrades from Scott Bikes, the fantastic light weight Addict now has options for disc brakes. This gives you guys a race ready road bike with discs, rather than the usual options of endurance/sportive road bikes, which is what most manufacturers offer if you want disc brakes.

The whole range of aluminium road bikes have been upgraded. The frames are all lighter, there is two options that have disc brakes, all are more UK friendly with mud guard eyelets though out which make these bikes even better for your winter club runs or commuting in our wet winters.

If you fancy something new for off road, take a look at the Scott Genius 27.5 plus or Scott Scale 27.5 plus – from what we have heard the legendary Nick Craig loves the Scale 27.5 plus!

Scott Bikes also have a great range of electric hybrid bikes, running with the established Bosch hybird system. From the Scott E-Genius with 27.5 plus wheels, to e-sub hybrid bikes which all make an amazing way to get around and leave all your riding buddies in the dust on the climbs!!
