Introducing the new, expanded Trek Slash 2019 Lineup

Trek Slash 2019 is back with new price points, new colour choices and a new alloy frame option

Trek have developed the Slash specifically for enduro racing with fastest-rolling 29” wheels, 150mm rear and 160mm of travel up front and a carbon frame. It’s not just for racing the clock, though. Everything that makes Slash great for enduro racing also makes it a fast and fun everyday trail bike too. One of the world’s biggest mountain bike websites Pinkbike agreed, naming it their Bike of the YearTrek Slash 8

That’s why Trek have expanded the Slash line-up, giving more riders more choices. To bring the starting price point down, they have added a Slash 8 with an Alpha Platinum Aluminium frame. It has all the same features that give carbon Slash its unbeatable ride, like ABP, Straight Shot downtube, and even Trek’s unique RE:aktiv with Thru Shaft shock.

On the other end of the line-up, Trek have re-introduced the full-carbon Slash 9.9 with a SRAM X01 Eagle drivetrain that significantly drops the price. With carbon wheels, a RE:aktiv with Thru Shaft shock and Fox Factory fork, you get even more performance for your money with the Trek Slash 9.9.

Trek Slash 9.9Trek are also giving riders more colour choices. Every Trek Slash model is now available in two awesome colourways. The stock paint jobs offer a subtler style while there is also the option to choose the mega bright colour scheme which is shared between all models.
