I can see you have enquired about two bikes, the Trek Dual Sport and the Trek FX.
The Trek Dual Sport women's 2021 doesn't go forward for this current year, the unisex option is the same bike. The lowered frame is only applicable to the Small and is the same for either men or ladies.
I'll simply send you a link to Trek's website showing their size guide for both bikes.
