E-Bike Policy
We service factory-built, UK-compliant e-bikes from recognised manufacturers only.
We do not work on electric motorbikes, e-scooters, home-built e-bikes, or bicycles fitted with aftermarket e-bike conversion kits or non-compliant batteries.
We only fault-find, update or supply spares for Bosch, DJI Avinox and TQ e-bike systems.
We can service other e-bikes fitted with Shimano, Mahle or Specialized motors, however we cannot diagnose, update or carry out work on the electrical systems of these bikes.
Workshop Policy
Bikes must be presented clean, unless booked in for cleaning
Excessively dirty bikes may be upgraded to the appropriate service
All additional work agreed before proceeding
