E-Bike Servicing & Workshop Policy
We service and maintain factory-built, UK-compliant e-bikes from recognised manufacturers,
including Bosch, DJI Avinox and TQ equipped bikes.
We currently offer electrical diagnostics, firmware updates and official system support for
Bosch, DJI Avinox and TQ systems.
We can mechanically service many bikes fitted with Shimano, Mahle and Specialized systems,
however electrical diagnostics and firmware support on these systems may be limited.
For safety, insurance and compliance reasons, we do not work on:
Electric motorbikes or e-scooters
Home-built e-bikes
Bicycles fitted with aftermarket conversion kits
De-restricted or modified e-bikes
Non-compliant or uncertified batteries and chargers
